Chuck Stevens is the chief executive officer of COPILOT. He leverages almost three decades of bio-pharmaceutical
industry experience to lead the executive team and drive the company’s transformational HUB strategies.
Before being named CEO in 2023, he served as COPILOT’s chief operating officer, where he developed strategic
operations plans to support revenue and market share and was responsible for strategic reimbursement,
pricing, payer strategy, product distribution, medical communications, payer marketing, and HEOR modeling.
Chuck specializes in hematology, oncology, infectious diseases, addiction medicine, CNS, OA, and rare
disorder products. Before joining COPILOT, Chuck served as the president of MediMedia/CHC and head of global
access and commercialization at ICON and led a team of over 400 life science consultants. Prior to this,
he was the vice president and general manager of PAREXEL’s reimbursement HUB, health policy, and market
access consulting practice. In the past, Chuck also held commercial positions at Cephalon Oncology,
Cell Therapeutics, Genetics Institute (Wyeth Oncology), and Abbott Laboratories.
Chuck is a former Captain in the United States Army and a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He graduated
from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has an MBA
from Clark University, a Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School, and attended the Massachusetts
Senior Executive Program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Chuck is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Dr. Moby Kazmi is the president and co-founder of COPILOT. In his role, Moby leads the development of innovative bio-pharma reimbursement HUB solutions. Moby has played a significant role in developing COPILOT's digital platform and was instrumental in developing a design that provides healthcare professionals and bio-pharma clients with instantaneous data regarding patient insurance approval. His work has led to COPILOT's services becoming a cornerstone in the commercial success of many essential drug and device products.
Moby established and drives COPILOT Cares, a global philanthropic initiative benefiting underprivileged children and families. One of COPILOT Cares' critical investments is the installation of over 600 hand pumps to provide clean water across India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
Before COPILOT, Moby co-founded CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, which was recognized as one of the nation's fastest-growing, privately held companies by Inc. Magazine and acquired by PharMerica.
In 2021, Moby was named one of the Orlando Business Journal's 2021 "CEOs of the Year" and recognized as one of the National Minority Quality Forum's top "Forty Under 40" Leaders in Minority Health. In 2023, Ernst and Young recognized Moby as a 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Today, he serves on the Board of Directors for AdventHealth for Children, Bali Memorial Trust, and Helping Hands Foundation.
Moby earned his Medical Doctorate Degree from Avalon School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree in psychology from Stony Brook University.
Michael DeVries is COPILOT's chief financial officer. He brings 12 years of healthcare and life science
industry experience to the organization. Michael provides financial leadership, direction, and analysis
across the organization as COPILOT grows and supports its life science partners by creating functional
reimbursement and HUB services. Michael oversees company revenue, reviewing department budgets,
forecasting, managing partnerships, analyzing spending, and improving employee benefits.
Michael has a proven track record of 20 years’ experience in finance. His most recent experience includes
Blue Lantern Health where he served as CFO for over 8 years. At Blue Lantern Health, Michael played a
pivotal role in growing revenue from $100M to over $400M and successfully led the company’s transition
from public to private in 2020. He is known for his strategic and operational expertise, providing
leadership on financial planning and analysis, revenue, accounting, analytics, and partner relations.
Michael earned his MBA from The University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Western Ontario.
Ty Markey is the chief technology officer at COPILOT. He is one of the company's founding employees and the principal architect of COPILOT's proprietary HUB technology platform. In his role, Ty lends his two decades of IT and technology innovation experience to develop and enable efficient information processing, communication technologies, and IT policies that support security, and disaster recovery. Before being named CTO, Ty was COPILOT's director of information technology, managing HUB solutions software and web development.
Before COPILOT, Ty worked at CareMed Specialty Pharmacy to build out the infrastructure for an integrated HUB services. Prior to this, he worked at Meditab Software as Division Manager, Telephony where he established and maintained global computer network infrastructure and security. He led the telephony division at SuiteRx as well, overseeing the telephony department for a pharmaceutical software manufacturer. Earlier in his career, he worked at Intuit.
Ty attended the University of California at Berkeley and Northern Arizona University.
Matt McGrath is the senior vice president of client services at COPILOT. For almost a decade, he has led multiple workstreams across client relations, including account management and business development, while supporting the launch and transition of several HUB programs.
Before COPILOT, Matt was an account management executive at CMO Club, responsible for managing billion-dollar brand engagement and maintaining C-suite relationships. He also gained extensive healthcare marketing experience supporting client engagement at Medidata Solutions and Palio Communications (Syneos). In the past, Matt supported several brands across various disease categories, including osteoarthritis, dermatology, pain management, diabetes, and urology. He actively supports COPILOT’s clients, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals who work to make the client integration process seamless, on time, and on budget.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Roger Williams University.
Caleb began his career in health policy working for the Massachusetts Legislature, and drafted legislation
that expanded healthcare access and prescription drug benefit to seniors. He next served as a Special
Assistant at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) in Washington DC. In this position,
he advised the Offices of Regulatory Affairs and Administrator on payment policy, and managing the clearance
of all regulations within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the White House’s Office of
Management and Budget, and the Office of Federal Register.
Upon leaving CMS in 2005, DesRosiers spent five years in the life science industry—Pfizer, and Roche—supporting
brand teams cross-functional payment policy, advocacy, managed care and commercial initiatives.
Since 2010, DesRosiers has provided strategic market access, and payment policy advisory consulting to
life science and healthcare technology companies. DesRosiers is currently the Commercial Operations Advisor
at COPILOT spearheading business development, marketing, and policy. In addition, he is a Senior Principal
at Valuate Healthcare Consultancy—a company of Entrée Health a leading market access agency within Omnicom
Healthcare Group and its parent company Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC).
Prior to his executive roles at COPILOT, and Valuate, Caleb was the Chief Strategy Office of PrescribeWellness,
a pharmacy SaaS company, and was the EVP of Payer Relations and Legal Affairs at CareMed Specialty Pharmacy—a company
of PharMerica, where he successfully advised the founders on strategic partnership initiatives.
DesRosiers serves on the board of Daxor Corporation (NASDAQ: DXR), the Health Alliance Plan of Michigan—a
company of Henry Ford Health System, and advisory board of TruLite Health, and Brightwood Capital Advisors.
He served on the boards of Affinity Health Plan, Health Pointe of New York, Trusted Health Plan of Michigan,
the Primary Care Development Corporation, and advisory board of PrescribeWellness.

Alicia is an expert in commercial patient HUB operations and new product launches with over 10 years of
global experience in creating, developing, and managing patient assistance programs in multiple therapeutic areas.
Prior to coming to COPILOT, Alicia’s most recent experience includes her expertise in the cell and gene space.
While at Kite, A Gilead Company, Alicia was a key player for the development of the end-to-end process, patient
enrollment to product delivery, of getting the first approved CAR-T therapy for adults to transplant
centers both in the US and ex-US. At Gamida Cell, Alicia was responsible for creating and overseeing
end-to-end patient journey, with supporting operational efficiencies, leading the project management of
system and process validations in preparation of FDA submission.
Alicia is committed to continuing her journey in improving operational efficiency in patient services and
creating unique developments to ensure speed to therapy for patient access. She is a patient advocate in
her community, with the goal of decreasing the gap in the health disparities.
Alicia completed her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Education from The University of Central Arkansas.
Following that, she pursued and obtained her Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Administration/Education
from the same institution, The University of Central Arkansas. These educational achievements have equipped
her with a strong foundation and expertise in the field of health education and administration.
Marlon is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in patient and
pharmaceutical services. At COPILOT, he leads the Business Development team and is responsible for
developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with life science companies and
strategic partners, and driving business growth.
Marlon has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology,
specialty pharmacy, infusion management, and patient support services. He is a results-oriented leader who
delivers innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. In addition, Marlon's extensive provider and
patient-centric commercial launch and leadership experience make him an asset to COPILOT.
Before joining COPILOT, Marlon worked at AmerisourceBergen's LASH Group and Biopharma Services as Vice President
of Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Sales Operation, and Sales Enablement.
Marlon has also worked at AppianRx, a manufacturer of patient support services and specialty pharmacy provider,
where he served as SVP of Sales and Marketing. Before that, Marlon was the Vice President of Commercial Operations
at Iroko Pharmaceuticals and has held other senior commercial leadership roles at Allergan (Map Pharma),
Sunovion, and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.
Marlon completed his Master of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Management from Stevens Institute of Technology
in Hoboken, NJ. Prior to that, he earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Seton Hall University
in South Orange, NJ. These educational accomplishments have provided Marlon with a solid foundation in
strategic management and marketing principles, enabling him to approach business challenges with a comprehensive
and informed perspective.
Judy has worked with COPILOT’s senior leadership team for nearly a decade, originally joining CareMed Specialty Pharmacy in 2011. She began as a Recruiting Assistant and went on to become the Human Resources Staffing Manager. She transitioned to COPILOT in 2017 and helped expand the Human Resources department, developing recruitment, onboarding and training processes to support HUB operations.
Judy is responsible for staffing, engagement and benefits. She leads the development and strategic placement of personnel. She guides the Human Resources team, manages relationships between leaders and all levels of staff, ensures compliance and advises on all employment matters.
Prior to COPILOT, she was an event coordinator and coached children in educational sports programs. Judy studied writing, literature, and the arts at Brandeis University, and The New School in New York. She uses her strong communication, creativity and baking skills to lift spirits, raise awareness for charitable causes and positively impact the company and the surrounding community.
Judy graduated with a degree in writing, literature, and the arts from Brandeis University and The New
School in New York. Her educational background in these areas has provided her with a strong foundation
in creative writing, literary analysis, and artistic expression. This diverse academic experience has
equipped Judy with valuable skills and insights that contribute to her professional endeavours and creative pursuits.
Edmanuel (Eddie) has been a part of the COPILOT family for over 8 years. He currently serves as
the Director of Operations and Performance. In this role, Eddie works with Team Leads and Supervisors to audit
and understand operations and processes so that, as an organization, COPILOT can continue to change and grow.
He began his career in healthcare as a pharmacy technician and has experience in retail, Long Term Care, and
Specialty Pharmacies. This has allowed him to build an expansive knowledge base on pharmacy benefits and health care in general.
In these positions, he has built a love for quick turnaround time and service.
In addition to monitoring daily operations, Edmanuel has been instrumental with new product launches.
When he isn't fulfilling his duties at COPILOT, Edmanuel enjoys his time off with his wife and son.
Following high school diploma, Edmanuel pursued further education and obtained a Certificate for Pharmacy
Technician from Fortis Institute in Pennsylvania. This educational journey provided Edmanuel with comprehensive
training and expertise in pharmaceutical practices, medication dispensing, patient care, and pharmacy operations.
Through hands-on experience and theoretical coursework, Edmanuel developed a strong foundation in
pharmaceutical sciences, drug classifications, dosage calculations, and medication management protocols.
This education equipped Edmanuel with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the healthcare industry,
ensuring accurate and efficient pharmacy services while prioritizing patient safety and well-being
Melina Cortes-Nmili is the vice president of sales and marketing at COPILOT and a senior leadership team member.
In her role, Melina drives and implements sales and marketing efforts, leveraging her passion for caregiver
advocacy and two decades of expertise across multiple specialty therapeutic areas.
Prior to joining COPILOT, Melina served as vice president of specialty programs and consulting for
Prime Therapeutics, where she rebuilt and transformed the business unit and created a client consulting offering.
Before this, she was the vice president of sales and marketing at Apotheco Pharmacy Group, creating and
executing brand strategies and leading sales training programs. At Diplomat, Melina developed a digital
patient ecosystem for patients and their caregivers to stay compliant and adherent to therapy.
Earlier in her career, Melina held marketing and product roles at Optum and Genzyme.
Melina earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Boston
and an MBA from Northeastern University. In October 2023, she received the Influential Hispanic Woman award,
honoring Latina women making a difference in business. She is a valued mentor and an active force within
several local Boston organizations that promote the development of women and young professionals.
Melina is also an acclaimed fashion designer, securing the title “Best Clothing Designer 2023” from Boston
Magazine.
Anne Chiotti, Pharm.D is the Clinical Pharmacist of COPILOT Provider Support Services in Scottsdale, AZ.
In addition to managing all non-dispensing pharmacy operations, Anne provides support to clients, healthcare
professionals, and patients through leading the development of adherence support programs for HUB products.
Having lost two young cousins and countless loved ones to Cancer over the past 2 decades, she finds passion
in providing patient care services to those relying on specialty medications (especially those with Oncology indications).
This inspired her work as a Pharmacist at the Yuma Regional Cancer Center in Yuma, AZ and as a Pharmacy Intern
at The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute in Columbus, OH.
Anne holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University, complemented by an M.S. degree from
Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. Her educational journey also includes a Bachelor of
Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmaceutical Science from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
With this robust academic background, Anne possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in pharmacy practice,
pharmaceutical science, and cancer research. Her education has prepared her to excel in her profession and
make significant contributions to healthcare and scientific advancements.
Bringing forth over 15 years of extensive pharmacy expertise across retail, specialty pharmacy and hospital
system settings, Ericka has become a seasoned professional in the field. In her time at COPILOT, her career
has evolved to include a high focus on client and reimbursement services while showcasing a commitment to
delivering high-quality services and solutions.
Bringing valuable expertise in medical and pharmacy benefited products, Ericka possesses a comprehensive
understanding of navigating complex reimbursement processes and payer landscapes. In her oversight of
day-to-day operations and client relations, she leans into partnership at all levels and recognizes strength
and opportunities in others.
Her strategic approach and effective leadership contribute to achieving milestones and ensuring the overall
success of initiatives whether it be in current partnerships, new product launches or transitioning
existing programs.
Paula brings 20 years of healthcare industry experience, with specialized expertise in medical coding and
billing, financial assistance, and medical and pharmacy investigation services. She has been a vital part
of the COPILOT team for more than a decade, initially joining as a Program Specialist and advancing through
various roles with increasing responsibilities.
In 2018, Paula leveraged her extensive knowledge to establish and oversee the company’s Quality Assurance
and Quality Improvement Programs. As the Director of Quality, she is dedicated to ensuring COPILOT meets
and exceeds client expectations. Her leadership encompasses the strategy and execution of quality management
solutions for patient and provider support programs, focusing on optimizing service performance and
enhancing customer satisfaction.
Paula's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have enabled her to establish robust
internal auditing and monitoring processes across multiple platforms, streamline interdepartmental workflows,
and improve overall data efficacy. She also plays a critical role in monitoring and disseminating essential
compliance updates. Her goal is to empower all employees to reach their fullest potential while fostering a
culture of professional excellence both within the organization and in its external partnerships.
In her pursuit of continuous improvement, Paula has achieved her Lean Six Sigma certification.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys sharing her passion for music and martial arts through teaching and practice,
as well as actively supporting her community by promoting accessibility to the arts for children and youth
through her family’s non-profit foundation.
